The female boss of the Scorpion Gang, Cathy, was deliberately involved in a car accident and fell into a coma. As soon as she woke up, she was tricked by the family elders into bringing back Prince Alexander of Monaco as a sperm donor in order to have an heir. The two started out disliking each other but gradually developed feelings for each other.
